Grupo Carso has Over the Counter (OTC) securities in the form of American Depositary Receipts (ADR’s) listed in the stock exchange, which confer upon the holders thereof full patrimonial and corporate rights, although the  voice and voting rights are exercised through the bank that has deposited the ADRs (The Bank of New York). The ratio of the Series A-1 shares in respect to the ADRs is 2 to 1.
