It also mentions the procedures to report any breach, behavior or practice that affects the assets and image of the company for breaches of the Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures of Grupo Carso, committing ourselves that all cases will be treated confidentially and they will take the pertinent corrective measures in each matter, with their internal or legal implications, as the case may be.
