The Board of Directors of Grupo Carso does not have any express policy for the declaration of dividends or for proposing the payment of dividends to the Company’s shareholders at a meeting. Each year the Board analyzes the year’s results, the investment commitments and payment of liabilities, and, if it is appropriate, makes a proposal for the payment of dividends at a shareholders meeting.
